Street parking is available on Jackson and other side streets in the area East of 23rd Ave S and is not timed. Parking is no longer available in the Bank of America lot. Please do not park in the Bank of America lot or in the Welch Plaza Building parking as you will be at risk of being towed. View a map.

From I-5 (Northbound):

Take the Dearborn St./James St./I-90 East/ Madison St. exit towards Spokane (exit #164A, go 0.2 mile)
Continue towards Dearborn St./James St./ Madison St., go 0.4 mi
Turn right on South Dearborn St., go 0.3 mi
Turn left on Rainier Ave. South, go 0.2 mi
Turn right on Jackson Street, go 0.5 mi
Turn right on 23rd Ave. South.
Just after turning on to 23rd Ave. South (from South Jackson), you will see the Welch Plaza Building (a large office and apartment complex) on the right. Please do not use the Welch Plaza parking spaces or the lot across the street. Please find street parking as you are able.

From I-5 (Southbound):

Take the James St. exit, exit #165A, go 0.2 mi (stay out of the express lanes)
