NPower Seattle Participates in UW Symposium on Innovation

On October 10, NPower Seattle has been invited to take part in The University of Washington Information School's fall symposium titled "Enabling Innovation Across Boundaries". The theme for the day is based around discussions of innovation and how it impacts the success of an organization. In order to compete, and even survive, in today's marketplace, organizations must be capable of innovating in a highly effective and efficient manner. Over the past several months, a research project funded by the Institute for Innovation in Information Management (I3M) has been conducted to investigate this area with key executives in areas recognized as leaders in innovation. The results of the studies will be presented at the symposium in October. A panel of study participants, including Jaime Greene, Executive Director of NPower Seattle, will also be present for the day to add their insights and participate in the discussion.

NPower Seattle, a local nonprofit technology assistance provider, has launched a program to help community-based organizations take advantage of the free technology tools that exist to apply for the tax credit, and in turn teach their clients how to use these tools...
